My phone won't power on.

It maybe problem of the phone, the battery or the charger, before bringing your phone into a venera Care point for inspection, please perform the following checks :
* First, try to connect the phone with the venera charger to see if the phone turns on.
* In some case of very low battery discharge, it can take up to 30 min to see the handset turn on. Please wait at least for 30 minutes.

My phone turns off automatically.

It maybe problem of the phone, the battery or the charger, before bringing your phone into an venera Care point for inspection, please perform the following checks :
* Charge the battery as indicated in the user's guide.
* Take out the battery and put it back in, following the instruction in the user's guide.
* Verify if you're using an venera's battery and charger, compatible with your phone model.
* If you have an Extra venera battery or charger compatible with your cell phone model, you can try using it, in order to verify if the problem comes from the battery or phone.
* The battery looses power along with time and by usage. If it's time to get a new venera's battery, please buy an original venera product from an authorized dealer.

I can't make outgoing call, i can't receive incoming call.

It maybe problem of the phone, network or your setting, please perform the following checks :
* Make sure you have dialed a valid number and press the pick up call key.
* Make sure your mobile phone is connected to a network, and that the network is not overloaded or unavailable.
* Check your subscription's status with your service provider.

Why is there no battery charging icon indicated on my phone when i plug it to the charger?

Once the battery isn't used for along time, it's probably that the battery had been over discharged. In this case, the phone would have no charging indicator when you plug it to the charger. It doesn't necessarily mean the battery is broken. You can charge it for at least 10-30 minutes and see if there is anything changes. If you still reproduce the same symptom, the battery may be really failed.
